Shipping Policy (UK & Worldwide)

This shipping policy applies to all Build Your Own TreatBoxes and Ready-to-Go TreatBoxes.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before the times below will be dispatched the same working day, excluding personalised items.

  • Monday - Friday: Order by 4pm

  • Saturday: Order by 11am

Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimated, not guaranteed.

While we aim to deliver within the stated times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Postal disruption or strikes

  • Bank Holidays

  • Peak periods (including Christmas)

  • Severe weather or operational delays

TreatBox cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.

Mainland UK Shipping Options

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Free

  • Estimated delivery: 1 - 2 working days

  • Approximately 95% of orders arrive the next working day

  • This service is not guaranteed

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £8.50

  • Guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm (Monday–Saturday)

  • Signature required

Royal Mail Sunday Special Delivery – £8.50

  • Guaranteed Sunday delivery

  • Available for orders placed after 4pm Friday and before 11am Saturday

  • Signature required

  • Excludes public holidays

  • Some postcodes are excluded

Important UK Delivery Information

  • Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed service. For guaranteed delivery, please select Special Delivery at checkout.

  • Personalised orders are dispatched Monday - Friday only.

  • Personalised orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

  • There are no Royal Mail deliveries on Bank Holidays.

Delivery Notifications & Address Accuracy

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Royal Mail will provide delivery updates via email or SMS where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missed deliveries

  • Parcels returned due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply to resend returned parcels.

Shipping Outside the UK

Royal Mail Europe Tracked - £12

  • Estimated delivery: 5-10 working days

  • VAT for the destination country is charged at checkout

  • Orders under €150 generally do not incur customs charges, though this is not guaranteed

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Royal Mail Worldwide Tracked - £14

  • Estimated delivery: 7-10 working days

Available in:
USA, Canada, New Zealand, China, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and United Arab Emirates (PO Box required for UAE deliveries)

International Customs, Duties & Charges

  • Orders containing alcohol may be subject to customs charges

  • International orders over 2kg may require splitting, which could incur an additional shipping fee

  • European orders under €150 generally do not incur customs charges, but this cannot be guaranteed

  • Orders shipped outside Europe may incur customs duties depending on:

    • Order value

    • Product type

    • Local regulations

All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are non-refundable and are not controlled by TreatBox.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
