Monday to Friday: Order by 4pm for same-day dispatch.
Saturday: Order by 11am for same-day dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95 or FREE for orders over £25. 95% of orders arrive the next day!

Royal Mail Special Delivery: £13.95, Guaranteed the next day before 1pm. Monday to Saturday. A signature is required.

Royal Mail Sunday Special Delivery: £13.95, Sunday delivery is available for orders placed after 4pm on Friday and before 11am on Saturday. A signature is required. Public holidays are excluded.

💡Important Notes:

Personalised Orders: Shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Holiday Periods: Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Notifications: You will receive updates by text or email from Royal Mail. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays.

Fancy popping by TreatBox HQ? You can collect your order for free and we’ll refund 15% after collection.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please get in touch with us within 20 minutes of placing your order so we can prepare your TreatBox for pickup. We will confirm when it is ready and where to collect it from.

Royal Mail Europe: £17 (5–10 working days)
Royal Mail Worldwide: £27 (7–10 working days)
DHL Express: 3–5 working days (cost calculated at checkout)

Important: When shipping outside the UK, delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance and individual countries having longer postal processing times. These delays are unfortunately beyond our control.

International Customs & Country Info

For those who’d like a little more detail ✨

We always aim to make international delivery as smooth as possible.
Here are a few extra details depending on where your TreatBox is headed:

EU Orders

VAT is charged at checkout
Orders under €150 usually won’t have customs charges (this can vary slightly by country)

Some countries may apply small handling fees:

Romania: €5
Italy: €2
France: €2 per item (+ VAT on that fee)

💡 In France, carriers may also add a small handling fee (around €8) if charges are collected on delivery.

We also ship to:
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE (PO Box required), Switzerland & Norway.

Orders over 2kg may be split into multiple parcels (an additional fee may apply)
