    Is there a minimum order quantity?
    There is no minimum order quantity, I can arrange anything from 2 boxes upwards.

    My Team are a mixture of genders, do you cater for everyone?
    Yes, we do! We know we love pink, but we have so many lovely products available. You can either make 1 box suitable for everyone or change the contents of the box to suit the people you are buying it for. 

    I am interested in your Automated gifts, what happens if I want to make changes?
    We can make any changes or amendments very easily. We will work one month ahead so we can add or remove team members if needed.

    What is the turn around time on a corporate order?
    It can vary, however, as long we have all the stock available you can receive your order as little as 5 days from contacting me.

    Is there a minimum or maximum spend?
    There is no cost limit, we are here to cater for all budgets.

    Do you ship outside the UK?
    Yes, we are more than happy to ship outside of the UK, we will adjust the shipping costs to suit.

    I'm worried about sending my teams address information across.
    We are fully GDPR compliant and we do not share any information with 3rd parties.
    I want the TreatBoxes to go to my Teams addresses rather than our office.
    We can send the TreatBoxes wherever you need them to go, office, confrence centre or direct your to teams addresses.

    I'm interested in your Automated Gifting Service, what is the minimum sign up requirements?
    There is no minimum time for you to be signed up.

    How much is delivery?
    Standard delivery is free, if you like to can upgrade to faster shipping - let me know if you want more information on this.

    What goes into the TreatBoxes?
    The main substance of the TreatBox will be the items that you choose, we’ll also include our luxury wrapping, pink or white shredding inside, in either our pink or Kraft boxes. You'll also get a gift tag for a gift message.

    Will I get any discounts on large orders?
    Yes, if you order in excess of 75 boxes you'll receive 15% off of your order!
