Christmas Delivery Times
Our warehouse team is working hard to get every TreatBox delivered in time for Christmas. Below you will find all the information you need to make sure your gifts arrive when you need them.
Last Christmas Posting Dates
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm - Guaranteed. Last day: 23rd December at 3pm
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked - Last day: 22nd December at 3pm (not guaranteed)
- Last collection day: 23rd December at 3pm. If you would like to collect your order, please contact us within 20 minutes of placing it so we can prepare your TreatBox. We will confirm once it is ready to pick up. Collecting from TreatBox HQ also includes a 15 percent refund once you have collected your order.
We always recommend choosing Special Delivery if your gift must arrive before Christmas Day.

Collect for Free & Get 15% Back
Pop by TreatBox HQ to collect your order. Once you have collected it, we will refund 15 percent back to your original payment method.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please get in touch with us within 20 minutes of placing your order so we can prepare your TreatBox for pickup. We will confirm when it is ready and where to collect it from.
If you are collecting earlier in December, you are welcome to visit during our usual opening hours. We will have your box ready for you.

Order Cut-Off Times:
- Monday to Friday: Order by 3pm for same-day dispatch.
- Saturday: Order by 10am for same-day dispatch.

- While 95 percent of deliveries arrive the next day, it may take longer. For guaranteed delivery, choose Special Delivery.

- Guaranteed delivery before 1pm, Monday to Saturday. A signature is required.
Royal Mail Sunday Special Delivery | £13.95 | Sunday Delivery
- Available for orders placed after 3pm on Friday and before 10am on Saturday. A signature is required. Public holidays excluded.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked (Sunday Delivery)
- Royal Mail now offers Sunday delivery for Tracked 24 orders, but this is not guaranteed. Some postcodes are excluded.
Important Notes:
- Special Delivery: Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. Some addresses may be excluded.
- 24 Tracked: Not guaranteed. Delays are possible, particularly at peak times.
- Personalised Orders: Shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Holiday Periods: Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Notifications: You will receive updates by text or email from Royal Mail. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays.

Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?
Items shipped overseas may be subject to customs charges depending on the total order value, product type and the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control customs decisions.
Customs fees vary significantly between countries. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Can I get a refund?
If you have had a change of heart, we are happy to refund your order. Conditions apply:
1. Refund Policy Duration: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the items within 28 days.
2. Authorised Returns: Items must be returned carefully packaged in their original packaging. Personalised or gift-wrapped items incur a 25 percent restocking fee.
3. Time Limit: Returns are not accepted after 28 days.
4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exchange Timeframe: Times may vary depending on your location.
6. Proof of Purchase: An order confirmation is required.
7. Return Address: Unit A, Drury Lane, Ponswood Industrial Estate, St Leonards on Sea, TN38 9BA. Please email hello@treatboxuk.com before returning any items.
8. Delivery: Once an order is marked as delivered to the address provided, TreatBox cannot be held responsible for missing items unless Royal Mail confirms an issue.
Monthly Subscription
Subscription boxes ship one month behind. For example, if you subscribe in January, your first box will be shipped on the last day of January to arrive at the start of February.
Order Amendments
You have a 30 minute window after placing your order to make amendments. Requests must be made within this time. We will try to accommodate changes, but this is not always possible.

Is TreatBox Letterbox Friendly?
Yes, we do offer letterbox-friendly TreatBoxes!
We have a dedicated collection of Letterbox TreatBoxes, which you can explore here.
However, whether your TreatBox fits through the recipient’s letterbox will depend on:
- Letterbox size – Dimensions vary between homes.
- Delivery service used – Special Delivery requires a signature.
- Postal worker discretion – Placement may depend on the individual delivering the box.
- Larger products – Some items, such as our Mugs and Candles, are not letterbox-friendly and may require the recipient to be home for delivery.
For the best chance of letterbox delivery, we recommend choosing from our Letterbox TreatBoxes collection.

Send to me to hand over in person: If you are placing an order and you want the order to be delivered to you first, so that you can hand the gift over to the lucky recipient, please select - Send to me to hand over in person - We then ship your amazing gift in extra packaging so that you can hand it over with no address labels or tape on it.
Send directly to the recipient: If you are placing an order and you want the order sent straight to the recipient, please select - Send directly to the recipient - this means the gift is sent without extra packaging, straight to their door!

Which box do the orders come in?
At TreatBox, we’re always creating and evolving! This means our box designs may change from time to time. While our images always reflect our most up-to-date boxes, some variations may occur based on stock availability. All our boxes are designed by TreatBox, fully branded, and colours may vary.

Personalised Orders – Important Information
- Please enter any names for personalised items in the ‘Add Message’ text box.
- Double-check your spelling, as we will print exactly as provided.
- Any landscape photos submitted for gift tags will be rotated to fit our portrait design.
- To avoid delays, please ensure all details are provided as soon as possible.
Where should I send my photo for my photo product?
Please upload your photo at the time of ordering using our handy upload button, which can be found on all photo products.
If you forget to upload your photo or experience any issues, please email your photo to Rob@treatboxuk.com, quoting your order number.
For the best finish:
- Your photo should be high quality.
- A square image works best for fitting the design.
- If needed, we may ask you to provide another image.
