Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?
Items shipped overseas may be subject to customs charges and handling fees depending on the total order value, product type and the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control customs decisions.

Monthly Subscription
Subscription boxes ship one month behind. For example, if you subscribe in January, your first box will be shipped on the last day of January to arrive at the start of February.
Order Amendments
You have a 30 minute window after placing your order to make amendments. Requests must be made within this time. We will try to accommodate changes, but this is not always possible.

Send to me to hand over in person: If you are placing an order and you want the order to be delivered to you first, so that you can hand the gift over to the lucky recipient, please select - Send to me to hand over in person - We then ship your amazing gift in extra packaging so that you can hand it over with no address labels or tape on it.
Send directly to the recipient: If you are placing an order and you want the order sent straight to the recipient, please select - Send directly to the recipient - this means the gift is sent without extra packaging, straight to their door!
