💳 How the Payment Plan Works

  • This option allows you to spread the cost across 5 automatic monthly payments of £30, totalling £150.

  • Payments will be taken on the following dates:
    Today, 1st July, 1st August, 1st September, and 1st October.

  • Payments are processed automatically using your selected method at checkout.

  • Once the first payment is made, your order is confirmed and non-refundable.

  • This payment plan is only available during June and July. After that, only the Pay in Full option will remain.

Each Advent Calendar includes 24 individually hand-wrapped surprise gifts—a thoughtful mix of festive and everyday treats such as edible goodies, stationery, beauty and pampering items, socks, wax melts, lifestyle accessories, jewellery, and much more.

Our 2025 Advent Calendars are made with great care and begin production early in the year.
Please note: once your first payment is made, your order becomes non-refundable, as we begin preparing your calendar straight away. We kindly ask you to read the full description before placing your order.

Due to the scale of production, we are unable to customise Advent Calendars to individual preferences. We also cannot guarantee suitability for vegans or for those with allergies or specific dietary needs. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at hello@treatboxuk.com for more guidance.

If we’re ahead of schedule, calendars may be dispatched earlier—so we recommend notifying us of any changes as soon as possible.

The price reflects the quality, attention to detail, and thoughtful contents of every calendar—not to mention the time and care that goes into individually gift-wrapping each surprise by hand.

Mainland UK Shipping Information

Order Cut-Off Times:

  • Monday to Friday: Order by 3pm for same-day shipping.
  • Saturday: Order by 10am for same-day shipping.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked | Free | 1-2 Days Delivery

  • While 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, it may take longer. For guaranteed delivery, choose Special Delivery.

 Royal Mail Special Delivery | £13.95 | Guaranteed Next Day

  • Guaranteed delivery before 1pm, Monday to Saturday. Requires a signature.

 Royal Mail Sunday Special Delivery | £13.95 | Sunday Delivery

 

  • Available for orders placed after 3pm on Friday and before 10am on Saturday. Requires a signature. (Excludes public holidays)

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (Sunday Delivery)

  • Royal Mail now offers Sunday delivery for Tracked 24 orders, but this is not guaranteed. Some postcodes are excluded from Sunday delivery—see excluded postcodes here.

Important Notes:

  • Special Delivery: Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day. Exceptions apply to some addresses.
  • 24 Tracked: This is not a guaranteed service. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control may affect this. For guaranteed delivery, please choose Special Delivery.
  • Personalised Orders: Shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

Holiday Periods: Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. No Royal Mail deliveries on Bank Holidays.

Delivery Notifications: You will receive updates on any delays via text or email from Royal Mail. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Incomplete or incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries, may result in delayed orders.

**Any international shipment over 2KG will require an additional shipping fee to split the shipment.

Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?

Any items shipped overseas may be subject to customs charges, depending on the total order value, product type, and the regulations of the recipient’s country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and we cannot predict, control, or be held liable for them.

Customs fees are determined by the recipient country's authorities and can vary significantly. As these charges are outside our control and may differ with each shipment, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for the most up-to-date information before placing an order.

Can I get a refund?

Of course! If you've had a change of heart, we're more than happy to refund your order, but there are a few conditions to bear in mind:

1. Refund Policy Duration: Our refund policy lasts for 28 days from the date of your purchase. Within this timeframe, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the items to us within the 28-day period.

2. Authorised Returns: Please ensure that any returns are carefully packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. It's important to note that if we've personalised your order with a handwritten gift message or gift-wrapped your box, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards.

3. Time Limit: Unfortunately, if 28 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Exchange Timeframe: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

6. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.

7. Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, return it to 1 Maunsell Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, TN389NL. However, please make sure to contact us first at hello@treatboxuk.com before sending anything back.

We understand that circumstances can change, but we hope this policy helps to clarify our procedures and ensures a smooth process for all involved.

 

Monthly Subscription

Shipping times are dependant on when you subscribe. If you have joined us today for a monthly TreatBox, we work a month behind so, for instance, any subscriptions placed in January will then be shipped on the last day of January to arrive at the start of February.

Order amendments 

We have a 30 minute window for any order amendments that you would like to make after you place your order. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 30 minutes of you placing your order on the website. We will try and be as accommodating as possible but we try to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible sometimes we aren't able to edit orders.

When will the Advent Calendar be shipped?

Calendars are scheduled to ship in October, but if our production is ahead of schedule, your order may be dispatched earlier.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information from Royal Mail as soon as your Advent Calendar is on its way.

What’s different about the 2025 Advent Calendar?

This year, your gifts will arrive in a brand new signature TreatBox mailing box, specially designed to match the 2025 Advent theme—a completely new and exclusive touch we’re so excited to introduce!

With a small price increase this year, you’ll continue to enjoy the high-quality products, thoughtful curation, and beautiful packaging you’ve come to expect. This adjustment reflects the increased costs across the board and helps us maintain the care, creativity, and value that go into every single calendar.

Is the calendar non-refundable?

Yes, Once your order is placed, it is non-refundable, as we begin preparing your calendar immediately after purchase.

What payment options are available?

You can choose to either Pay in Full at checkout, or opt for our monthly subscription payment plan (Available only in June and July 2025), where payments are taken automatically each month. (See separate listing for subscription option.)
