Meet our Customer Care Queen, Natalie.

 I joined TreatBox because I absolutely love customer service and being creative, and I get to combine the two at Treatbox. I am a great problem solver and love to help people, and I do that daily here at TreatBox. I also get to create amazing Treatboxes and ensure the customers' orders fulfil their desire. 

Did you have experience in this role before starting?

My previous role was in a pharmacy, which is surprisingly similar, printing orders, picking items, and packing orders - which requires a lot of care and consideration. It also required excellent communication skills and customer service, all of which I’ve been able to bring to my role here. 

What does a typical day look like for you? 

Every day I start off by going through the emails. Making any amendments people may have for orders, answering any queries and helping customers should they need it. We then print orders, write messages and pack the orders all day. In between this, I am still actively helping customers via email, messages or phone calls.

What’s your favourite part of the job?

Helping customers, solving problems, packing orders, and making Zoe proud — hopefully!

Describe your ideal Treatbox?

That’s a tough question! I would literally enjoy any TreatBox! I love all the socks, beauty products, keyrings, and notebooks. I just love everything!

Have you had any feedback from customers you’ve taken on board to elevate your boxes?

Not regularly, but we do have a few customers who may want a specific box we don’t currently do, and I always suggest our build your own collection to create their desired box using the products we have— and to have some fun doing so! 

Is there a Treatbox (theme) you don’t do but would love to include? 

I like the idea of a nighttime/wind-down box to promote good sleep, as sleep can be a big cause of anxiety for people, especially after a hard day of being mum/dad or working/learning!

If you could bring back any past boxes, what would they be?

All the boxes that Zoe and the team create are so fantastic, old and new!

Are there any current boxes you’d like to push/boost awareness of?

I would love for the loneliness awareness box to do really well, as the money we raise is going to an incredible charity called Marmalade Trust. Check them out!

Any other information you think your audience would like to know about you.

My hobbies aren’t that exciting; I'm generally rather boring and a bit of a workaholic. I also enjoy listening to music, watching Netflix and being a mummy. I will do everything in my power to make someone smile, be helpful and give any advice I can. 

I have 17-year-old twin boys and a 5-year-old daughter —I’ve had my hands full since I was 16! I used to play guitar in a band, I love going to gigs and festivals, and I love to wind down with my family in the evenings. I also like to consider myself a pro at solitaire and chess!
