It’s the most wonderful time of the year. And boy, don’t we know it!

You guys have certainly kept us on our toes this year. Our TreatBox Advent Calendars went down an absolute storm; we elves have packed and shipped 2000 since we launched them!

We also saw the arrival of our Luxe TreatBoxes; larger boxes for those extra special moments of appreciation. It’s been wonderful to see so many of you treat your loved ones with these beauties. And the personalised notes we’ve written on them; gosh, you lot are gorgeous souls.



We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support; whether you’re a subscriber, corporate client, an every-now-and-then treater or a social media fan-girl, we see you and appreciate the hell out of you.

We’ll be taking a well-deserved break over the festive period, so below we have listed when we’ll be open and what our last order dates will be so you can schedule your gifting!

Festive FAQs


Opening times


We will be closing on December 23rd meaning the last day for shipping is December 22nd.

We’ll reopen briefly on December 29th and 30th to ship out our monthly subscription boxes and any other orders that have come in. We’ll then close again from December 31stuntil January 3rd, and will get back to making your beautiful boxes from January 4th


Christmas Delivery cut off schedule:

Tracked 48 Shipping is Free. The last collection for this will be on December 21st at 2 pm.

Tracked 24 is £3.95. The last collection before Christmas will be on 22nd December at 2 pm.


Can I make orders to go to different locations?


Of course you can! Our new streamlined service means you can place one order and send your treats to two different addresses. Yay!

If you have any bulk orders or corporate gifting you’d like to do, email Jess on gifting@treatboxuk.comto place your order. We recommend doing this ASAP.
